How Wonderful - a funny story about depression and mindfulness

How Wonderful is my self-help memoir. The story starts decades ago when I was a hard-drinking, cynical graphic designer wondering why my life felt so awful all the time. As part of answering that question I tried different things. I was a Buddhist Monk for six years, trained as a yoga teacher and studied to be a transpersonal counsellor. Of all the things I encountered or trained at the single most useful thing that I discovered was Mindfulness. In this book I show how I bumbled and stumbled my way to a better, more mindful life.
Professionally designed and printed, this book is full of intensity but also humour as well. I've balance the heavy parts of the story with lighter moments.
There is a lot of talk about the different things I did, such as Yoga and Buddhism, but I'm not reccomending any specific approach. Instead, I'm simply sharing how my life changed once I decided to find something to live for. I hope it will inspire others to see their problems and challenges as something that can be fixed and transformed.
