Most sessions last for an hour, and we try and focus on one issue per session. The client expresses themselves and gives the background to the issue, and then I help with reframing and encouraging. We can all be mindful, we just sometimes need a bit of assistance when we lose our way.

I run in-person workshops for people at all levels of experience and interest. Workshops are great for gaining a deeper understanding of mindfulness and being able to ask questions about what you don't understand.
